Frequently asked questions
Does HOPE make diagnoses?
No. HOPE organises your results and shows them with the reference range from their own report. It does not diagnose, suggest causes or prescribe: that is up to your doctor.
Which files can I import?
Lab reports in PDF (with text) and Excel spreadsheets. You can also enter a result by hand.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Deleting your account erases everything: results, documents, check-ins and activity history. Before that, you can export your data.
Can I install HOPE on my phone?
Yes. Open HOPE in your phone’s browser and add it to your home screen: it gets the HOPE icon, just like an app.
